Buying
? Support the buying team, focusing on promotion set up, preparing documents & information and updating system accurately and timely
? Support the team to achieve the business KPI by following through actions required.
? Fully responsible for the promotion set up in system, maintain accurate pricing information
? Fully responsible for Location Management System Door Profile info maintenance and provide accurate reports.
? Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis for reviewing the business.
? Support all product knowledge related activities and tool developments and coordinate all product training sessions.
? Manage samples & sample ordering process.
Cross-functional Collaboration
? Coordinate to provide product related information to cross functional partners (e.g. catalogs for marketing, price list for retail ops, line list for VM etc).
? Prepare transmittals and other communication tools to ensure programs, product placements and changes are clearly communicated
? Coordinate out-store process and prepare VM guideline and floor-set information for effective execution.
? Support market & pricing research, prepare product feedback summary, collect trend information and conduct respective analysis for sharing the product performance with Merchandising Team in New York.
? Participate and support on store visits.
People Development
? Monitor and review self-performance with manager and set clear development objectives.
? Actively seek and welcome feedback to aid self-development and learning.
The accomplished individual will possess...
? Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
? 2-3 years of Fashion Merchandising & Buying capacity in a related business or brands;
? Experience in luxury goods and fast retailing business
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese dialect);
? Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of “retail maths”.

? Excellent product sensibility; quick learning of market and trends
? Team oriented with ability to multi-task and build partnerships beyond own area of responsibility
? Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business;
? Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
