岗位设置目的:
根据公司的销售政策和销售目标,逐步完善分销网络,通过对所辖区域内承销商、经销商的管理及促销活动的策划、组织、实施,促进公司产品在通路的分销和商业网络的构建,达成销售目标,维护公司品牌形象。
工作职责:
1、负责本区域内承销商的日常管理, 签署与承销商的订货合同,每月按时报商业库存明细及流向、并按时填报两个月的商销预测。
2、负责10-15家经销商的 协议签订与每月流向,与经销商建立良好的客情关系,尤其是采购人员、销售人员和开票员,对其进行公司及产品知识培训,充分利用经销商的分销渠道及各种促销活动,提高产品销量。
3、根据本大区年度促销活动计划,策划、组织和实施对商业人员的产品培训和针对经销商的促销活动。
4、根据公司的销售政策和个人年度销售目标,构建和优化区域分销网络,制定和实施销售计划,确保销售目标的达成,并努力拓展非目标商业的业务,提高产品市场份额。
5、通过与OTC事业部OTC代表、RX事业部医院代表的协调与沟通,保证目标医院和药店的合理库存和产品供货,协助RX事业部医院代表进行招标和物价备案等。
6、根据公司的销售政策,维护公司产品的商业分销价格,保证经销商的合理库存和销售积极性。
7、学习和掌握公司政策,尤其是商务运营中心销售政策、产品知识和销售技巧;销售中遇到问题及时向商务大区经理请教,提高业务处理能力。
8、建立、完善并及时更新承销商、经销商档案,保证客户信息的准确性;收集客户及竞争对手信息并及时反馈。
9、及时处理客户提出的异议及消费者使用产品过程中出现的问题,为客户提供良好的服务。
10、收集客户信息和竞争产品的信息并及时反馈;提供准确、真实的销售数据,及时完成公司规定的各项报表。
11、严格执行公司的规章制度,确保个人行为符合公司行为规范。
任职资格:
教育水平:大专及以上学历。
学习专业:医药、市场营销及相关专业。
工作经验:1年以上工作经验。
专业培训:销售相关培训。
工作技能:
熟练使用办公软件,具备基本的网络知识;
具备英语应用能力;
具有公文处理能力;
精通销售知识与技能;
具有客户和资源的管理能力。
个人素质:
具有良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和团队意识,并具有较强的分析判断力、心理承受力及良好的职业素养。

Position Objective:
Gradually improve the distribution network according to the company’s sales policy and sales targets. Manage the underwriters and distributors within the area and plan, organize and implement sales promotion in order to promote the distribution of the company’s products in the channel and the construction of business networks,, achieve sales targets and to maintain company's brand image.
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for daily management of underwriters within the area, subscription of the contract for purchase contract with the underwriters, , monthly punctual reports of business inventories and flows and punctual filling of commercial sales forecasts of two months.
2. Responsible for agreement signing and monthly flows of 10-15 distributors, establishment of favorable customer relationship with the distributors, especially the procurement staff, sales personnel and billing staff, training of the company and product knowledge and improvement of product sales by taking full advantage of distribution channels and various promotional activities.
3. Plan, organize and implement product training of business personnel and promotional activities for the distributors in accordance to the annual sales promotion plan in the region.
4. According to the company’s sales policy and individual annual sales targets, construct and optimize the regional distribution networks, develop and implement marketing plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets, and make efforts to expand non-target commercial business to increase product market share.
5. By the coordination and communication with OTC representatives of OTC Division and hospital representatives of RX Division, ensure a reasonable inventory and product availability for target hospitals and pharmacies, and assist the hospital representative of RX Division with inviting tender and recording of price and so on.
6. According to the company’s sales policy, safeguard the commercial distribution prices of our products to ensure a reasonable dealer inventory and sales enthusiasm.
7. Learn and master the company’s policy, especially the business operation center sales policies, product knowledge and sales skills. Timely consult the business manager of large areas for sales problems so as to improve business processing capabilities.
8. Establish, improve and update the underwriters and dealers' files in time to ensure the accuracy of customer information. Gather customers and competitors’ information and feedback in time.
9. Handle objections raised by customers and problems arising in the process of customers using the product to provide customers with good service
10. Collect information of customers and competitive product and feedback in time. Provide accurate and real sales data and complete statements and reports set forth by the company in time.
11. Strictly follow the rules and regulations to ensure that personal conduct is consistent with the company’s code of conduct.
Job Qualifications:
Education College degree or above
Profession Major in medicine, marketing and related fields
Experience More than one year working experience.
professional training Training related to marketing.
Working Skills Proficient in the use of office softwares and have basic network knowledge;
Capable of the use of English; Capable of document processing; Versed in marketing knowledge and skills; Capable of customers and resources management.
Personal qualities Good communication skills, negotiating ability, team awareness, strong analytical judgment and psychological endurance and good professionalism.
