PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Product Manager for REM will be responsible for product management and project management of the next generation cloud-based Remote Energy Management platform in Schneider Electric China.

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for product management of the cloud-based REM platform.
Work with other teams to collect requirements from targeted market and customers.
Define and manage REM product strategy, model and roadmap.
Define and manage REM product requirements.
Monitor industry innovation, perform competitive analysis, and define improvement plan to keep improving REM platform service and customer satisfaction over time.

Know how : (education, etc)
a. Bachelor or above degree.
b. Strong communication skills.
c. Strong facilitation skills, and creative problem solver.
d. Teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
e. Organized and strategic thinker and passion of innovation.
f. Enthusiastic, hard working and highly productive.
g. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
h. Demonstrated ability as a quick learner and team player with good communication skills and strong leadership.
i. Well presented and customer focused.
Experience required :
a. 2+ years of commercial software product management experience.
b. 2+ years of full life-cycle software development project experience.
c. Experience in building Internet or web-based enterprise application is a strong plus.
d. Understanding and experience on energy management industry is a strong plus.
e. Knowledge and experience on agile software development process is a plus.
f. Experience on business operation (e.g. marketing, sales, pre-sales, or post-sales customer support) or business knowledge is a plus.
g. Knowledge and experience on SaaS is a plus.
Languages :
a. Fluent English skill, both in oral and written.
