职位描述：

Purpose of the job:

1. Support SPS methodology deploymentover region sites (Manufacturing, DC) by doing diagnosis, giving training,sharing the good practices , and engaging whole organization in lean deploymentto raise the level of competencies and supporting specific projects

2.Lead processes/flow simplification, standardization, and drive year over year performance,in terms of safety, productivity, and sustainable productivity

3.Synergy SPS methodology in upstream /downstream to streamline the whole supplychain

Job responsibilities:

1.Be specialized in 1 or 2 SPS domain (People commitment / Process Engineering /Supply chain). However, the position holder needs to have a minimum level onthe 3 domains to be able to do a global diagnosis.

2.To diagnose the plant and propose action plan (40% of the time)

• Deploy SPS assessment tool - to be accredited as auditor (minimum level)
• Deploy specific diagnosis in certain domain
• To propose specific action plan according to the diagnosis

3.To support action plan by giving SPS training (30% of the time)

• To update the training material in his/her competency domain
• To give formal training according to GSC region training plan
• To train the trainees and follow up their after-training practices

4.To support specific project detected during diagnosis – (30% of the time)

• To participate in the project chart definition – 1 project = 1 chart
• To support the project on all the DMAIC phases
• To select the correct methodology to solve the problem (mini level = lean expert / 6 sigma GB)
• To give specific training to support the project and implement continuous improvement behaviors




• To guarantee the project KPI achievement

  Professional Experience:

  1. Strong background in Lean methodology – Min 5 years successful exp – Minimum lean expert / 6 sigma GB (accredited)

  2. Operational businesses experience a plus

  
  

  Education background:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  2. MBA is a plus

  
  

  Others:

  Language: Minimum Two: English + French / Chinese / Spanish / etc

  Computer: Microsoft ( excel, word, Power Point fluently)

  Other Tools: Project Management, SAP ,…
