MISSIONS :

- Manage NPP Purchasing Financial Reporting accuracy and consistency in NPP China
> Consolidate China Purchasing productivity performance
> Facilitate and improve data management and publish to internal users, develop intranet as needed
> Implement Purchasing Data Management supporting NPP Financial Result (REC-NREC, calculation rule)
> Deploy NPP Tools & Method relating to P&L Purchasing productivity. (OTTO, Spend-HFM, Budget process etc.)

> Define Financial administration system-process to meet Internal Audit requirement on Financial Result and Business process.

> Communicate NPP Financial result to Stakeholder and Purchasing community.

> Support (if needed) transversal analysis for one of the global commodities

>Standardize process and tools deployment across NPP department, relevant templates developed

Support Purchasing function in designing and implementing tools and methods which improve the function's efficiency contributing to Schneider's business performance with respect to the Accuracy and Consistency of NPP Financial result.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:	Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
Job Related Experience:	Minimum 3 years working experience with Financial Data Analysis and Deployment, of which 2 years Experience in Data, Tool & Method administration & design implementation
Business Understanding:	Knowledge in principle of Financial & Purchasing KPI and Efficiency tracking, Understanding of Co-Relation between NPP Purchase and Business Cost
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):	Proficient in English and Chinese. Financial Analysis skill and Problem solving on Data management. Presentation Skill is essential. Expertise in Microsoft office applications. Cross-Cultural Competent
