PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.Plan and create automation test strategy related to automation test scope for application release project.

2.Plan and create test estimates based on automation test scope of release to help drive final testing strategy and sign-off date for overall project plan.

3.Develop, review/write, implement, execute, and maintain automation test scenarios and test scripts to validate new system functionality outlined in delivered business requirements.

4.Setup Quality Center with identified auto test scripts for specific test cycle for both new functionality and regression testing.

5.Manage and maintain the automation test documentation within the Quality Center tool.

6.Document and deliver written defects through Quality Center to development team for defect fixes; identifying test effort needed to appropriately test defect as well as regression test around defect once fix is delivered.

7.Create, document, and maintain daily test status reports related to automation test components to outline overall test status progress, roadblocks, defects and delays.

8.Create SQL/PSQL database queries to verify published data requests, retrieve specific data sets and results as needed for testing/verification purposes.

9.Maintain and organize test evidence for Sox compliance standards related to defined guidelines and retention period.



REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

1.Demonstrable Expert View experience

2.Extensive experience with application, moving/comparing data and web page testing

Logic (SQL, VB Script)

1.Demonstrable ability to decipher script logic in order to determine appropriate next steps e.g. run vs. update

2.Expert command of VB Script Logic e.g. nesting Loop statements within other Loop statements, XML files customized to view targeted data, etc.

3.Exceptional organizational/leadership skills e.g. change and continuous improvement "champion "

4.Business level communication skills e.g. written/oral communication and listening skills

5.Demonstrable analytical and critical thinking skills

6.Strong organizational and documentation skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects/tasks

7.Proven customer service orientation



EDUCATION:


Bachelor's degree in related field required

Fluent with business level English both orally and written



EXPERIENCE:


1.Minimum 2-4 years Information Systems/Business-related and Test Automation experience

2.Strong analysis and problems solving skills

3.A clear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services which support applications and users in the organization;

4.Experience communicating by phone and face-to-face with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing technical support;

Able to travel internationally as required
