Report to: Installed Base Service Marketing Manager

Purpose of the job:
Installed base service offer management and coordination within service team as well as Bus. Ensure the offer sufficiently & efficiently support service business development.

Responsibility:
- Well understand installed base service offer and support service business development.
- Investigate on market environment, including market trend, competition, etc. Look for new growth opportunities to sustain the growth
- Communicate and coordinate with Corp. Counterparts to adapt global offer to local environment.
- In charge of offer launching/promotion/evolution plan and execution
- Manage service offer communication tools and make sure service business is efficiently supported by those tools. Consistently improve offer communication plan according to business requirement.
- Support on service business channel and pricing management
- Coordinate and cooperate with BU for joint action to approach the customers

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or higher degree
2. Above 4 years working experience. Experience in communication, offer marketing, service is preferred. Good understanding of company organization and business mode is preferred
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination and planning skill
4. Driving for result and customer focus
5. Self motivated, innovative and passionate
6. Fast in learning
7. Language: Mandarin & fluent English
8. Priority: both technology and marketing background on IS
