Reports to: Key Account Manager
Responsible for: Service& EE Business Development
PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization)
Developing Service and EE solution business in the coal chemical segment.
Achieving at least 30M order for Service and EE solution business in the first year.
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position)
1. Develop segment customer, deeply understanding customer’s advanced service needs.
2. Based on customer’s demand, identify business opportunity and deliver tailored solution with sales and EE expert.
3. Collaborate with BU sales and partners, achieving service and EE order intake and margin target.
4. Initiate strategic cooperation with key account, achieve breakthrough in major project.
5. Supervising and supporting project execution.
SPECIFIC ISSUES (Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc…)
Travel frequency: More than 10 day / month
Workload: High load in for order and margin.
KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS (With whom, to resolve what problems, with what responsibility?)
1. Solution Manager
2. EE architect and EE application experts
3. Other service experts
4. Project execution team
5. BUs Sales
KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS (With whom, to resolve what problems, with what responsibility?)
1. Industrial segment associations
2. Local energy saving bureaus or EE related government
3. Industrial Design Institute
4. Key accounts, potential customers and partners
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Ideal: Master degree in Engineering is required
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ideal:
1. 5-10 years(at least 3 years sales) working experience in coal chemical, understanding of customer’s decision making process.
2. Solution selling skill and mega project management.
3. Deep understanding of energy efficiency business.
4. Consulting experience or IT system software selling experience is preferable
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.
