PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Maintain opportunity data in BFO timely updated and logical correctness.
2. Create dashboard in BFO to support business management.
3. Provide basic training to internal fresh employee

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Check and validate opportunity data in bFO regularly;
2. Contact bFO / opportunity owner nationally and internationally when necessary to make the opportunity data complete and keep logical correctness.
3. On request by the management to create and maintain the dashboard in bFO.
4. On request by the management to make additional analysis mainly based on bFO data.
5. Provide basic training to help fresh employee to start using bFO
6. Keep bFO system updated under guidance and instruction from bFO central team.
7. Keep trained by central team to ensure bFO new function is well deployed.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Education background in computing and relevant major.
2. 1-3 years working experience in the relevant field is preferred.
3. Fluent oral and written English is a basic requirement.
