地点:北京市朝阳区东三环中路1号环球金融中心渣打大厦
职能:
Ensure HR issues in China branches are under Chinese regulatory and company compliance requirement
Provide support for internal/external audit; handle labour inspection and ad-hoc regulatory survey/report.
Handle HR letters issuance (issued by AskHR and arrange print out the documents, chop process and send to staffs) and other staff certificate/documents handling
As the local focal for Commercial Insurance/ Medical check-up/ Flu shot/ P file management
Handle specific local governance requirement.
Coordinate with all stakeholders in North region and China LA to most leverage and utilize on internal training venue resources. (BJ training room and store room management)
Physical training attendance check and documentation
Program logistics support in country like emergency handling: nomination below minimum class size; training reschedule/cancellation; training material is not delivered on time; no training venue available; complaint handling; training material update, communication with biz coordinators on urgent request; on-site receiving training material
Learning data support for audit/regulatory request
Support SD Head to implement new SD model, make smoothly transition for Regional HRBP admin/ LA admin workload and work with new SD team to simply current process and workflow.
Provide other ad-hoc support
要求:
Minimum bachelor degree with 3 year HR experience at least;
Excellent skill-sets (analytical and logical thinking) in HR reports generation
Detail-oriented, patient & careful
Outstanding facilitation skills, communication skills
Good spoken and written English
Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
Willing & capable to share knowledge
