职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical application department for masterbatch product, including product application, Lab, Test, quality control etc.
All activities concerning Research and development, application development and analytical services of the masterbatch
business unit in China
Supervises the application and QC staff such as managers, engineers/chemists, lab technicians and the operators of the processing lab machines.
Provides technical support to customers
In charge customer complain
Introduces and coordinates new masterbatch developments and new analytical techniques
Coordinates the cooperation with outside competence pools (institutes, universities, authorities etc.)
Stay up to date of all developments throughout the supply chains of polymer applications where MB is involved
Provide support to all sales organizations
Handle application related complaints and problems

Requirement:
Master degree or above in chemical Engineering or equivalent
More than 10 years Technical application/Quality Control experience for polymer product, I.E. polyethylene, polypropylene, film
Experienced in Leadership
Good marketing sense
Strategy thinking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Very good in cross communication
Responsible, mature, stable
