负责公司员工薪金福利的日常业务管理，确保薪酬福利体系的有效实施

"2.日常薪金发放和沟通
1)协调各部门的日常工资调整
2)应聘人员薪金确定和考勤管理
3)协调指导其他基地的日常薪资管理和操作
4)提醒/监督/辅助部门完成考勤工作 " 全责 Full 及时性和准确性
3.协助上海基地的年度人工成本预算的编制及薪金福利调整方案的实施 支持 Support
