Job Title: Quality Planner(System) Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.Analyse customer requirements;
2.Analyse and implement the customer requirement regarding QM(Quality Management);
3.Ensure the use of necessary quality tools e.g.control plans,FMEA;
4.Coordinate the product approval by the customer;
5.Ensure good results for internal and customer audits;
6.Support the development team and be a member of the team.

7.Carry out the risk evaluation in the quotation phase on the basis of the customer-related quality requirement, taking existing process and methods into account; indicating critical quality requirement and reliability risks and deriving alternatives.

8.Preparing and updating quality plans for product development and process planning taking existing processes and methods into account up to handover to QPC.

9. Drawing up and arranging for the necessary corrective measures in the event of quality –related deviations in cooperation with the project team and monitoring the implementation.

10.Working out of necessary remedial measures in case of deviations relevant to quality in cooperation with the project team and monitoring of implementation.

11. Analyzing quality-related requirements (drawings, customer’s specification etc.) for internal and external suppliers for completeness and plausibility.

12. Preparing and supporting project reviews and project audits; monitoring the resulting measures.

13. Ensuring that special characteristics are identified, coordinated and agree with the customer; ensuring complete markings; monitoring and documenting in cooperation with those responsible for Q-product/customer and Q-planner/purchased parts.

14. Support processing complaints before SOP and working out remedial measures in cooperation with those responsible.

15. Ensuring that defined quality methods are complied with in the development process; methodological accompanying and consulting of the project team with regard to the appropriate quality.

Establish and improve the quality system based on ISO/TS16949.
Do training of Hella process/Customer requirement to all related member, such as Formel-Q, QSB, etc.
Do the quality tool training to all related member, such as CP, FMEA, Minitab, DMAIC, etc.

Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience其他知识/技能/经验:
1.Good PC-skills(MS-Office,LotusNotes);
2.Know well in APQP;　　　　　
3.none-DFM/DFA,GD&T,FMEA,QFD,APQP。Familiarity ISO/TS16949 and 14001EMS standard,PPAP,SPC,MSA. Mastery headlight lighting,nation mutuality standard

4.Experience with Quality Management;
5.Experience with preparing FMEA.
