顾问
工作职责：
1. 与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户情况，分析职位需求，为客户提供专业的建议；
2. 通过各种寻访渠道与技巧，为客户寻访优秀的合适的人才，完成相关搜寻报告和目标市场人力资源状况的分析；
3. 与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通，针对职位要求对人才进行评估、筛选与推荐并及时准确的反馈信息；
4. 能够独立或团队合作以完成各项人才寻访委托任务；
5. 提供候选人背景调查，定期跟踪候选人在新公司试用期的工作状态并及时跟客户沟通；
6. 关注行业及知名企业发展动向，收集高级人才信息，建立广泛的人脉关系；
7. 能够通过独立工作或与团队成员紧密合作，通过激励、培训和带领达到或超越个人及团队的业绩目标；
8 有人才中介师（中介员）证书者优先！
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具备5年以上金融、消费品、房地产、制造业等行业工作经验，或具备服务领域以前述行业为主的三年以上猎头公司同等职位工作经验；
2. 性格开朗，善与人交往，有耐心，工作时富有激情，能承受压力，能适应快节奏的工作方式；
3. 口头表达和书面表达均优秀，英语大学四级以上水平，沟通能力和学习能力强，具有强烈的自我成长欲望；
4. 电脑操作熟练，具备较强的搜索能力；
5. 良好的职业道德和职业操守，具有强烈的责任感。
