Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

Goals/Mission

- Act as recruiter to Hiring Managers during the recruiting process

- Recruit targeted headcounts for area of responsibility

Tasks

- Fulfill open headcounts

- Seeking for suitable approaches to attract candidates

- CV screening, telephone interview and arrange interview

- Interview and evaluate candidates for employment based on job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and capability

- Gather candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process. Prepare rating on applicants. Provide candidate offer package recommendation to line manager and negotiate with candidate.

- Check professional references and perform other candidate due diligence activities.

- Provide company information to candidates and appropriately "sell" jobs candidates using the value proposition of Siemens.

- Maintain current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and -requirements.

- Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs.

Education

- Bachelor Degree or above

- Major in English, Psychology or HR

Knowledge/Languages

- ATS / MrTed / other recruiting system

- MS Office

- Knowledge on labor market trends

- Recruiting process and related HR Tools

- Interview and assessment skills

- Knowledge of business trends of business groups

- English: advanced level

- German: intermediate level

Experience

- Solid experience working as recruiter or as headhunter/consulting firm

- At least 3 year experience working in multinational company

- Working experience in Industry company is preferred

Note: Applicants with manufacturing working experience will be preferable, if have Automobile Industry working exposure will be ideal candidate.
