Job Title:
1. Consultants/Researchers for Non Techncial Center/R&D Center (Urgent)
2. Consutlants/Researchers for R&D Center/Technical Center (More urgent)
Why Need this role:
Due to the repaid business growth of Talent Brige Executive Search China Shanghai Office, we'd like to invite more professional Consultants/Researcher to join into together for a bright and challenging career for the candidates job mapping in manufacuring industry, especially in Auto OEM and Supplier industry worldwide!
Job Responsibilites:
? Acting as the business Consultants/Researcher with clients for Talent Bridge China region.
? Be responsible for providing the professional HR service to Fortune 500 companies, especially for providing the HR Recruitment solution assigned from clients.
? In charge of daily operation management of Talent Bridge China Business Division, the specific duties are as the following:
? Focusing on key account service (existing clients) in order to keeping high customer satisfaction, monthly project review and getting repeat business.
? Fcusing on operation & recruiting capabilities in China.
1. The details job is taking a leadership on internal operation system & process efficiency.
2. Leadership on client, project interface to make sure the high satisfaction on understanding correctly clients' needs.
3. Take a leadership to direct search & recruiting and hire the senior direction/executive level positions or Technical Center (R&D Center) all roles full search and deliver the candidats with quality and amounts of quantity.
4 Mainly focusing on the business with MNC clients from Manufacturing Industry, especially from Automotive parts clients worldwide.
