Position Title: Sr. SAP System Analyst-MM+PP

Reports to: Country IT Manager (China)

General Summary:

• This position is hired to analyze business processes in the company China organization, configure the (SAP) system accordingly in related modules, use the implementation procedures, document all new development and modifications of existing settings according to company's documentation standards, resolve assigned (functional) trouble tickets within the application area assigned, and follow the company IT policies, procedures and strategy

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs business analysis of systems and follows through the full development life cycle;
• Translates business needs into technical requirements;
• Prepares the functional business definition;
• Performs configuration tasks;
• Coordinates with other IT groups;
• Documents and communicates project status;
• Leads ERP implementations;
• Initiates and participates in identifying opportunities for business process redesign utilizing ERP delivered applications and modules;
• Educates others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting tools within functional areas;
• Coordinates, implements, and communicates system change requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree with major in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Masters Degree desired;
• 3-5 years experience working at a senior level in the appropriate business process with a good understanding of the business /systems concepts. Minimum 2 years experience working with the relevant systems (e.g. SAP/MM+PP), Extensive experience of project methodology including planning, testing and documentation standards. Experience of providing technical and functional training courses;
• Strong working knowledge of business processes. Project management knowledge is a plus;
• Proven skills in presentations, financial calculations, developing quality and comprehensive business cases, delegation, coaching & development;
• Proven skills in decision making, control and follow-up, organizing and planning;
• Good command of Excel/Word/Powerpoint/MSProject;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Good Communication skills, conceptual thinking and logical sense, analytical, and team player;
• Be prepared to travel up to 50%.
