工作描述：
1、全面负责猎头项目的具体推进执行；建立、领导团队拓展猎头业务，拓展优质客户，与客户保持有效的沟通，维护客户关系，准确了解客户需求，促使项目顺利进行；
2、开拓中高级人才的渠道，扩大公司的人才资源；建立多种寻访渠道，开展候选人寻访工作，负责指导、协调、评估、培训猎头经理的工作；
3、研究擅长行业发展动向，收集行业内人才信息，有行业丰富的人脉资源，积累人才资源库；



岗位要求：
1，正直诚实、业绩导向、敢于挑战高难度目标；本科及以上学历；
2，持续从事猎头行业不少于3年，其中团队管理经验不少于1年；有部分固定客户，深入理解1-2个行业领域；
3，具有良好的形象气质谈吐、亲和力强，有良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；

4，学习能力强，有较强的信息搜集能力，分析、解决问题思路清晰；

5，具有较强的亲和力，有较好的人际维护和拓展能力；
6，有3年及以上人力资源管理、销售、项目经理、电话营销、市场推广等经验者也可考虑!
7，英语流利者优先；女性优先。
