Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:
? Responsible for developing channel/vertical strategies to grow business in Southwest China. 负责制定并执行西南区域的渠道/终端策略, 以实现业绩增长.
? Discuss with current distributors on business plan, by timeline/product/area/vertical.
与区域内现有经销商沟通, 按时间/产品/地区/行业制定年度销售计划, 严格执行.
? Develop new distributors based on end user coverage, and help them grow the business
基于目标客户的覆盖率, 开发新的经销商, 并帮助其拓展业务.
? Other affairs, including but not limited to customers development/training/roadshow, weekly report. 其他日常事务, 包括但不限于: 客户推广/培训/路演, 常规报告等.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 要求:
? College degree or above, 5+ years B2B Channel sales experience
大专以上学历, 5年以上工业品渠道销售经验
? Good communication and selling skills, along with actively work attitude
良好的沟通技能和销售技能, 工作主动积极
? Good entrepreneurship 较强的事业心, 积极上进
