职位描述：
岗位职责:

？ To cover a pre-determined list of outlets with the objectives of listing the Company’s product range, maintaining stock levels at the required level and achievement of depletion, pricing, promotional and merchandising objectives
？ To identify key outlets and new outlets for development to achieve the listing, pricing, displaying, depletion and promotion objectives in major cities
？ To plan and implement promotions for identified outlets
？ To place POSM in outlets
？ To ensure that effective promotional activities are conducted based on company guidelines and with the objectives to gain market share and build brand awareness
？ To measure and monitor the depletion performance
？ To ensure accurate market information is collected and communicated efficiently
？ To develop and build strong business relationship with all key personnel in the outlets
？ To maintain up-to-date and accurate records of outlets’ business
？ To evaluate financial status of each customers
？ To ensure debt collections within due date
？ To ensure bottle collections accurately reported

任职资格:

？ Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
？ Excellent Chinese & English communication skills
？ 3 to 5 years with FMCG company
？ Good understanding of marketing and finance
？ Knowledge of imported spirits
？ Good negotiation skills
？ High level of personal selling skill
？ Good planning skill
？ Good presentation skill
？ Well organized with good analytical skills
？ Good interpersonal skill
