职位描述：
岗位职责:

- Prepare the training logistics including pre work consolidation, printing, venue reservation, contract preparation, payment handling and recording, evaluation consolidation, administration etc to make sure the training go smoothly
-Master and maintain the e Learning platform, city-ray system timely with high quality.
-Data consolidation, manipulation & analyzation according to requirements
-Support associate OD/L&D director and all team members in project work as required.

任职资格:

-Commit at least six months working period and 3 + working days/ week
-Bachelor degree or above, students
-Fluent English both in spoken and written
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Well organized and detail oriented
-Problem solver
-Self driven
-Patient, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
-Be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks and projects
