职位描述：
岗位职责:
1.Plan production schedule by working with Shanghai production team, CS and logistic team.
2.Manage MRP result to optimize production and develop purchasing plan
3.Work with purchasing, QC, logistic teams to ensure material available on time
4.Cooperate with suppliers to arrange the goods/materials supply on time
5.Work with finance, W/H team, logistic team to arrange payment to supplier timely and correctly
6.Monitor inventory to meet DOH target and settle those aged inventory timely by working with relevant teams.
7.Collect/Review FCST with Business team and review/address capacity plan with Operation team.

3. Microsoft office skills especially in excel

5. People management skills which cross cultures and countries
6.Good in English

1.Proven track record in a MNC;University Degree.
2.Experienced in 5 years
3.Must have 3++ years in planning area
4.Team player in a matrix and independent organization
5.Fluent in English
6.Innovative, able to listen and get customer needs and relate to reality
7.Project management skills
8.Good interpersonal and communication skills
9.Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the company
10.Able to work under pressure
