职位描述

工作地点: 视聘用人员的情况灵活决定


工作要求:
- 贯彻和执行公司既定的市场策略, 进行零售终端产品的陈列和促销工作(包括重点连锁客户年协议的签订和执行)完成所辖地区的铺货上架和零售销售指标。

工作描述及主要职责:
- 建立与维护区域连锁药店的关系, 制定并执行区域连锁合作计划
- 根据区域的销售目标与策略,制定及执行区域行动计划,分配及控制推广费用的运用
- 指导、激励和管理区域销售团队以达成销售目标
- 招聘、培训及激励团队成员,协助其提升工作技巧与效率并建议其发展计划
- 督导属下代表的日常工作,执行公司的推广策略和项目


任职条件:                               
- 教育背景:大学或大学以上学历
工作经验/个性: 
- 具有3-4年在药品/快速消费品零售市场区域销售管理经验
- 具有零售渠道管理经验包括药店进药、店内推广和渠道培训等
- 熟悉当地市场,对相关法规和市场环境相当了解
- 结果导向;愿意在压力下工作

语言:流利普通话。

Job Title: Regional Business Manager ( South/North/East/West)
Report to: OTC business franchise manager
No. of position requirement: 4 persons
Work Location: South/North/East/West
Job purpose:                                     
- Execute brand sales strategy, drugstore listing, products display and key chain drugstore management In key areas

Job responsibilities:
- Build & develop regional chain drugstore & key drugstores relationship, develop & execute regional key account cooperation plan.
- According to regional sales target and strategy, develop and execute regional sales action plan, allocate and control regional promotion fee effectively.
- Coach, motivate and manage regional sales team to achieve sales target.
- Recruit, train & develop team member, support them improve working skill and working efficiency; make performance evaluation and people development plan.
- Supervise regional daily sales job, according to regional sales strategy.

Qualification requirement
Education: University degree Experience/personality :
- 3-4 years sales management experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG retail channel.
- working experience in retail channel coverage, point of purchase promotion and retail channel training.
- Familiar with regional market, and relative industry regulation
- Result orientated; capable on working under pressure.

Language: Fluent Mandarin
