Your responsibilities
■ Reporting to the National Sales Manager
■ The SE will be responsible for the sales of equipment and services to existing and new customers and to establish and maintain a good relationship to decision makers in the industry and at customer level
■ Being a member of the China Sales team
■ A good professional relationship with the sales and project management as well as the technical departments of the Head Quarters based in Germany is key to manage the business successfully
■ responsible for the sales revenue of the assigned sales area and Key – Accounts
■ assure the compliance with local regulations and BMA internal policies & procedures
■ Comply with reporting and procedures, guidelines and providing accurate forecasts
 
Your profile
■ Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Food/Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
■ Experience in selling capital equipment in a comparable environment ≥3 years
■ Strong industrial experience, preferably sugar industry
■ International background and multicultural mind set is a distinct advantage
■ Good selling skills and basic knowledge of project management
■ Good knowledge of English Language as well as mandarin is essential
■ Team Player
■ Good ERP / CRM/ Microsoft Office skills
■ Natural curiosity towards any technical issue
■ Natural inclination to fair and respectful human and professional relationships
