人力资源招聘实习生信息

职位描述：

§ 全面负责公司全部实习生招聘工作；与业务部门招聘经理沟通协商招聘需求以

保证招聘工作能顺利进行

§ 协助公司全职岗位招聘工作，包括简历筛选，面试通知，面试安排
§ 招聘需求分析及协助开拓多种招聘渠道；招聘后期跟进及面试数据统计

§ 负责人事相关的基础工作，协助办理员工入离职流程；档案整理工作

§ 协助组织各类培训活动，如新员工入职培训

§ 其他人力资源部的相关工作

职位要求：

§ 本科大三在读学生

§ 每周可工作3天及以上，至少可以连续工作6个月

§ 有相关人力资源实习工作经验者优先

§ 优秀的表达能力和沟通能力

§ 学习能力强，工作认真仔细并且有责任心

§ 熟练的Microsoft Office操作技能，包括Microsoft Office Excel和

Microsoft Office PowerPoint

§ 良好的英语读写能力，CET-6
