岗位职责：
Branding
1) Create designs, concepts, and layouts for promotion materials, including brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers, case studies, presentations, maps, internal & external emails and publications following corporate standards
2) Implement report templates in all design-related works; assist with the training on brand refresh; Communicate with the C&W FM team on branding updates
3) Actively engage with C&W FM team for information and expertise sharing
Event Support
4) Create concepts for C&W FM related events including Ergo Day, Environmental Day, Clean &Clear Desk Day, Fire Safety Day
5) Actively engage with BU event support
E-marketing
6) Launch C&W FM WECHAT program
7) Assist C&W FM team with creating e-marketing emails to clients
8) Use the e-marketing tool & platform to create email send-outs
Others
9) Prepare monthly update on graphic design projects for sharing with key stakeholders
10) Prepare and distribute graphic design snapshots on quarterly basis
11) Assist photo shoot or video editing when needed
Adhoc Assignments
Assist with the regional team on other tasks when needed
