岗位职责:
1. Coordinate internal and external resource for the flawless execution of projects, ensure resource availability and allocation.
协调内外部资源,确保项目执行,确保资源可用性和分配。
2. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget, agree project objectives.
制定详细的项目计划并跟踪进度,确保项目按时完成并有效控制成本以达成项目目标。
3. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs; measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
使用适当的技术或工具来管理项目范围内的变化、进度和成本,并通过适当的系统,工具或技术来衡量项目表现。
4. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
执行风险项目管理,将风险降到最低。
5. Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to ultimately push the customer service centre to meet and exceed Business Plans.
推动建立质量改进,流程改机及其他改善或六西格玛项目,最终推动客服中心达到或超过预期改善目标。
6. Review and analysis of customer service centre defect data with development of corresponding action plans to reduce defects, like customer and seller satisfied rate.
回顾和分析客服中心缺陷数据并采取相应的计划来减少缺陷,例如买家或卖家满意度等。
7. Develop and execute daily, weekly & monthly action plans that decrease cost and improve service.
开展并执行每日,每周,每月行动计划,降低成本和改善服务。
8. Plan for and identify root causes of service deviation through data and effect analysis.
通过数据和影响分析,找出服务缺陷的根本原因,制定改善计划。
9. Any other duty as assigned by the management.
其他领导交办的工作。
任职要求:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or above.
本科以上学历。
· Fluent written and oral English.
流利地英文读写能力
· Be familiar with Lean,6-Sigma, Kaizen management.
精通精益管理,六西格玛,改善等。
· Be familiar with office software and project management software.
熟练掌握办公软件和项目管理软件。
· Strong sense for data analysis and skill.
较强的数据分析意识和技巧。
· PMP/PRINICE II certification is a plus.
PMP/PRINICE II认证资格有限。
Experience:
· A minimum of 5 years working experience in PM position especially in manufacturing, production and distribution environment.
5年以上项目经理工作经验,尤其是制造业及生产行业背景。
· Process improvement experience via Kaizens and use of LEAN tools
有使用Kaizen及精益等工具进行流程改善的经验。
· Customer service project management experience.
有客服项目管理背景。
· Experience in in an E-Commerce environment will be an added advantage.
