Key responsibilities
- Be in charge of Triconex processsafety solution (SIL1, SIL2 & SIL3) in the role of Product Management
- Support global Launch Managerand Product Manager in global product launch process (Cola) , initiate countrylaunch process (COIN).
- Develop new businessopportunity pipeline with the sales organization and track the status updateand consolidation competitive activities
- Prepare customer facingmarketing collaterals including product literature and presentation
- Collaborate with the Marcomteam for marketing events and web contents development
- Manage and lead 4P (Pricing,Position, Place & Promotion) of related products, and also focusing onProduct Life Cycle Management (PLCY)
- Design and execute impactfulmarket research studies; drive to conclusions and actionable recommendationsfor the business.
- Ensure solution strategiesalign with and support overall Business Units value pricing benchmarking
- Provide pricing guidance incompetitive situations to sales, coordinating with competitive pricingactivities of vertical market leaders.
- Develop and implementcomprehensive marketing plans focusing on sales growth, increasing projectdelivery profitability greater than sales target, and ensuring maintenanceservices are equivalent with installed base
- Grow pipeline of safety relatedopportunities to achive orders target.
- Prioritize deployment ofdifferent SIL-rated solutions with effective market sizing and segmentation
- Prioritize, with the VerticalMarket and other Segment or sales managers, new solution offerings and valuepropositions
- Identification of go to marketstrategies for respective target markets
- Investigate solution offeringswith significant scale and synergy to vertical markets to drive growth andleverage current portfolio of products and service capabilities
- Develop and implement allmarketing department standards, policies and procedures
- Develop and conduct safetyrelated training material targeted for sales and marketing staff in conjunctionwith Product Marketing and Vertical Market leaders.
- Develop and support team ofsafety consultants ensuring that key global safety related pursuits are wellsupported.
Other duties:
- Develop and maintain productliterature, and manage the upkeep of the online support tools.
- Maintain strong relationshipswith cross functions and input into the technical sales team activities.
- Develop and maintain technicalsupport tools and work with the technical sales team on team projects.
- Attend customer visits,conferences and seminars, as directed by the regional team leader
- Provide reports andpresentations to internal and external customers.
- Assist Global Supply Chain(GSC) with local certification and standard.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience, marketing, product marketing, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one of several of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical (especially Coal Chemical), Thermal Power, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years Process Safety solution experiences of ESD, SIS, ITCC, HIPPS, etc.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Master of BusinessAdministration (MBA)
- TüV Rheinland certificatedFunction Safety Engineer
- Cross-functional experience
- Commercial/Merchandising orTechnical/Manufacturing roles a plus
- Experience developing, positioningor selling workflow-centric solutions
- Knowledge of broad spectrum ofmanufacturing environments and typologies
- Understanding of manufacturingas a business
- Self-starter with ability tomotivate and drive cross-functional teams
