To work in Shanghai as part of the ticketing and reservation team which is responsible for providing high customer service for customers before and after the flight in a contract centre environment. Meeting customers' needs, serving them efficiently and meeting company's service quality requirements. The team also needs to support sales operation in Sales Units in Greater China.
In this position one is expected to deliver world-class results in the following areas:
? Reservations and ticket sales for a European Airline direct customers in Greater China
? Changes and cancellations of customer reservation
? Serving corporate customers and non-IATA agents specified by Global Sales
? Support for bookings and self-service
? Support for local airport reservations and ticketing services
? Customer rerouting and ticket updates in case of a schedule change and disruption
? Handling travel agent enquiries visa telephone, email and other applicable direct channels.
? Promoting a European Airline sales campaigns in the market
? Service recovery
? Applicable back-office work, including but not limited to queue handling
? Customer claim and feedback case handling
? Unresolved complaints and development ideas referring to designed personnel
? Group fare quotes and group reservation process related tasks in cooperation with and as specified by Global Sales
Required competences:
? Good team player with strong customer service orientation
? Very good spoken and written English and Chinese
? Amadeus and/or any other airline reservation system basic knowledge
? Basic ticketing skills
? Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
? Minimum 2 years' experience in travel agency or airline reservations
? BSc. in travel/hospitality is preferred
