职位描述：
Job Description
1.Assist to develop the training plan according to brand strategy & business need
2.Collect and analyze the training data for each branch, and implement the training plan for different tiers
3.Design and conduct internal training project, including program design and material production
4.Assist in sourcing external training resource to improve the professionalism of sales team
5.Closely follow up and evaluate the training program: Scores & Feedback, Action plan both for student and trainer side
6.Consolidate the materials, including articles/photo/video to prepare training report
7.Follow the annual training budget to execute the training activity in high quality
8.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification
-3 years above relevant working experience, especially in sales training or talent development area with clear logic & good communication
-Bachelor’s degree, advanced academic record will be preferred
-Strong business perspective
-Fluent English
-Strong in Microsoft: Word, Excel and PPT, or simple photo/video/wechat editing ability will be preferred
