职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、对网站进行SEO优化，制定并实施SEO可行性方案，增加网站整体收录和提升网站流量；
2、对网站内容进行不断的更新，提高百度，google等搜索引擎对网站的收录；
3、不断开拓网站的外部链接，提升网站PR值、alexa排名；
4、撰写相关性软文，提高网站权重和品牌形象；
5、跟踪、评估、分析引入的SEO流量及相关关键词排名，提供关键词策略；
6、收集数据和资料，分析用户行为，提出网站完善调整建议，吸引新用户；
7、研究和监控竞争对手和搜索引擎的做法和变化，及时提出调整方案。

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验，计算机、网络营销、广告等相关专业；
2、熟悉SEO推广和各种推广计划，有较强的数据分能力；
3、负责网站搜索引擎优化工作，包括关键字挖掘分析、关键词部署、内容链接，并持续改进；
4、了解SEO站内外优化技术，熟悉决定网站关键词排名的技巧；
5、有较强的文字功底，可以将硬广的文章修改成较为专业的学术性文章的优先；
6、熟练运用多种推广渠道，有良好的网络推广思维和技巧；
7、会摄影、PS，具有良好的团队合作精神，思想活跃，善于沟通，能承受较大工作压力。 举报 分享

Hongjing brought training course for passing uniform CPA Examination in the U.S. and training course for other financial qualifications in 2009.
