岗位职责:
1.Responsible for collecting, analyzing and maintaining external industry data sources, internal platforms; evaluates current and recommends new intelligence sources.

2.Maintain market intelligence platform to efficiently organize and share market, industry, customer and competitor information; manage a competitive intelligence processes based on the establishment of key intelligence topics and contribute to LTD competitive intelligence strategies.

3.Contribute to the development and management of therapeutically aligned content and prospects in support of lead generation activities/campaigns; act as the business partner between BUs and Sales teams to proactively collaborate and/or bridge communications in pursuit of the common objectives.

4.Interact with internal and external resources analyzing and interpreting industry and customer intelligence from multiple databases and industry sources, in order to contribute to effective opportunity strategies, strategic planning, lead generation, proposals, bid defenses, presentations and ultimately, new business development.

5.Continuously evaluates current sources (e.g., industry databases, associations, social media and conferences) and makes recommendations for new sources and areas for improvement. Identify and automate procedures within BI to standardize and streamline processes.

6.Provide and/or present business intelligence information (i.e. reports, dashboards, definitions, etc.) to business unit heads and executive management for internal and external presentations

7.Deliver business and market intelligence report in term of client and competitor organizational information, analyzing and interpreting information, in order to identify advantages of our services and external threats and produce suggestions and solutions related to effective opportunity and go to market strategies, presentations, partnership opportunities, and other opportunities to enhance the business.

岗位要求:
1、1+Yr of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience or healthcare consulting experience is preferred;
有1年以上医药/医疗行业背景或医药咨询相关经验优先
2、6+ months overseas study/living experience is a plus;
有6个月以上海外生活或学习经验优先
3、BA/BS degree in Business or preferably in a related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. An advanced degree (MS/MBA) is preferred;

4、Knowledge of sales, marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools;
