PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Develop & Promote Installed Base services
- Sales team management
- Manage Offer & Customer
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position
1. Support and boost technically and commercially sales force (Global Account, Regional Sales Force). for Schneider advance service offering.
The duty towards the region is:
- To give strong technical support in advance service business. This includes supporting the regions in advance service development, quotation, closing of orders to the customer in a professional manner.
- To provide complete technical and commercial support for promotion ( seminars, visit of customer... )
The responsibility to improve the sales of Schneider advance service in China, and especially:
- Set up the project flow charts and required action plans for all parties involved. This includes managing all interface required for successful project completion at the end user, subcontractor, Panel builder and designer, etc.
- Assist the regional sales force(SF) of projects by developing an efficient method of specification influence A.S MP4 with the final users and their channels.
2. Sales team management
-Lead Installed Base sales team achieve business target
-Analyze installed base region/segment market and make business action plan
-Develop IB key account customer , build and keep close relationship with good service response
-Build up leads channel quickly and efficiently
-Make precise forecast and reach business target
-Coach team members to grow up to a higher level
3. Control and monitor the sales results and profitability of Schneider advance service during the proposal
- Propose corrective actions to improve the A.S proposal and management of operations.
- Fully study the contract and be aware of =S= obligation under the contract, especially making clear the scope of supply and optimizing the =S= solution both technically and commercially.
- For engineering & equipment, initiate the basic design by TC engineer, verify the design, submit drawings for customer approval. Subsequently, prepare a “ Production File “ for submission to production department or TC for manufacture or detail design after contract signature.

- Be familiar with Chinese rules (GB Standards, Design Institute, PSB)
- Must be willing to detect customer’s requirement, co-work with other =S= divisions such as local sales.
- Good communication and coordination skill is required in this job.
- Computer skills are required. (Specific software - such as MS-office ... )
- A fluent control of the English language.
- This job requires sales relevant job background.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree of electrics/automation control of University/College
- Skilled on customer approaching, decision making chain analyzing and order closing efficiently
- Adapted to frequent business travel
- More than 3 years working experience in sales or technical field on MV and LV or automation.
- More than 3 years working experience in operational marketing, etc commercial aspect
- Excellent communication & coordination ability.
- More than 2 years as Key Account sales / solution sales experience, rich experience in bidding
- Leadership, excellent communication & coordination ability.
- Has got experience to deal with key foreign and local customer.
- Be familiar with Chinese rules (Design Institute, PSB, Classification society)
- Knowing well solutions and systems for availability, safety, reliability of electricity
- Personal flexibility and high work mobility.
- Language: Mandarin & English
- Computer: standard office tools To be familiar with computer environment (standard office software).
