PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Ensure Schneider product after sale service high level for customer and keep customer high satisfaction
- Develop & manage installed base business.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position
1. After sale service technically and commercially to sales force for Schneider Electric Product and Project.
The duty towards the region is:
- To give strong technical support in product business, to keep customer satisfaction and loyalty to =S=.
- To provide complete technical support for new product promotion ( seminars, visit of customer... )
2. Installed base business development and boost.
The duty towards the region is:
- To give strong technical and commercial support in installed base service business. This includes supporting the regions in service business development, quotation, closing of orders to the customer in a professional manner.
- Promote product & equipment life cycle service for customer
The responsibility to improve the sales of Schneider installed base service in China, and especially:
- Set up the project flow charts and required action plans for all parties involved. This includes managing all interface required for successful project completion at the end user, subcontractor, Panel builder and designer, etc.
3. Control and monitor the sales results and profitability of Schneider installed base service during the proposal
- Propose corrective actions to improve the IBS business proposal and management of operations.
- Fully study the contract and be aware of =S= obligation under the contract, especially making clear the scope of supply and optimizing the =S= service solution both technically and commercially.
- For engineering & equipment, initiate the basic design by TC engineer, control business delivery and margin through PM.

- Skills for team management and good leadership.
- Strong ability for customer visiting and management; traveling; overtime work.
- Must be willing to detect customer’s requirement, co-work with other =S= divisions such as local sales.
- Good communication and coordination skill is required in this job.
- Computer skills are required. (Specific software - such as MS-office ... )
- A fluent control of the English language.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(specify years of relevant experience)
- More than 8 years working experience in sales or technical field on MV and LV area.
- More than 3 years working experience in team management or business management.
- Good knowledge of full range of electrical system.
- Leadership, excellent communication & coordination ability.
- Has got experience to deal with key foreign and local customer.
- Be familiar with Chinese rules (PB, PSB)
- Knowing well solutions and systems for availability, safety, reliability of electricity
- Personal flexibility and high work mobility.
- Language: Mandarin & English
- Computer: standard office tools To be familiar with computer environment (standard office software).
