Work closely with retail management team on whole P&L projection and analysis of futures including monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range strategy plan. Play a key role in performance management, reporting, variance analysis, and conduct business review.

Lead monthly financial deep dive and EBIT risk/opportunity analysis and provide value add advices to enable management solid decision making.

Further improve retail financial forecasting/budget process and accuracy by sales, gross margin, SG&A trend tracking and guardrail set up

Establish close net work and communication with global team by regular financial review meeting and share GC DTC business trends

Prepare ad hoc analysis on various projects as required.




ü 4-year Degree (e.g. Bachelor Degree): Bachelor degree, preferably accounting or Finance

ü Master / MBA Degree: preferred
