Key Responsibilities

· Partner closely with HR and Finance functions to learn and support their business processes and identify opportunities in terms of business requirements.

· Collaborate with SSC (Asia) IS, global IS and external vendors to implement system initiatives or changes in the domain of but not limited to Finance and HR

· Provide efficient and reliable system maintenance and support to end users

· Perform ad-hoc analysis and deliver solution to business users through various IT tools

· Perform QA and user acceptance tests




Education, Experience, and Qualifications

· Recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

· At least 4 years' relevant experience in IT system development, implementation and support.

· Strong experience in SAP FICO required

· Experience working with HR/Payroll systems is a strong plus.

· Working experience with SQL is a strong plus

· Strong analytical skills

· Good documentation and report writing skill

· High proficiency in English

· Self-initiative, creative and innovative with excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
