职位描述

Position Description:
1. To establish, maintain and continually improve a joint, proactive and effective internal communications process within HR.
2. In managing the change, delivering the key messages and understanding the impact on staff.

3. This post sits within the HR department and work for the effective delivery of information and corporate HR communications to staff.

4. The role is wide ranging, encompassing the timely co-ordination of employee communication through a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity and consistency.

Position Requirements:
1. Developing, writing and editing content for the intranet, staff newsletter, announcement, team briefings, notice boards and other internal communications channels.

2. Owner of HR internal communication process delivering timely and effective communications.This involves liaison with HR leadership team and developing and delivering a simple coordinated process in order to provide effective communications.

3. Building on existing networks and developing where required internal Communications contacts.Ensuring contacts have the appropriate skills and support from the HR leadership team to deliver and share communications – e.g. business change managers, focus groups and communications audits.

4. Delivering regular communications for all staff through a range of channels, ensuring ease of access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages.

5. Briefing material – Owning, developing and managing calendars of key messages to ensure consistent, relevant and timely delivery of internal communication material and to avoid message conflicts. Drafting easy to understand briefing material.

6. Conference and seminars – Planning, co-coordinating and running the communication activities for All-hands meeting in association with other team members in HR.

7. Knowledge, skills and ability-Bilingual candidate with excellent English/ Mandarin writing skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective communication/interpersonal skills with people at all levels, including ability to use tact, diplomacy and persuasiveness. With relevant design, functionality, navigation experience of working on an intranet or other online communications tool. Up to date knowledge of internal communications methods. Understanding of the role of internal communications in an organization. Ability to take complex information and create clear copy relevant to the audience. Ability to deal with a demanding workload which may include considerable correspondence and to priorities accordingly. Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.
