工作职责：

· 提供解决方案交付的所有权，从需求收集到实施交付；

· 分析现有流程，找出流程/系统方面的差距;

· 为确保解决方案的执行，提供包括，分析业务需求，确定项目的范围，合理化的需求界定，确定最佳的解决方案，设计流程和解决方案等专业知识；

· 编制项目过程文档，例如项目启动文件，项目可行性分析文档，成本效益分析，业务需求文档，功能需求文档，和UAT的测试用例的各种文档；

· 通过对用户的培训与交流，参与业务流程变革工作；

· 协调完成用户测试；

· 在项目切换过程中，参与用户的支持和协调工作，完成系统切换；

· 对已经上线的系统提供问题疑难解答；

· 完成上司交付的其它工作。

职位要求：

· 本科或以上学历，计算机或MIS相关专业；

· 3年或以上软件开发经验，2年经验的面向客户的工作经验；

· 熟悉.Net(C#)的开发，并有良好的面向对象思想。

· 熟悉SQL Server或者Oracle数据库的相关开发技术，能结合开发语言灵活使用SQL进行程序开发及数据查询分析；

· 熟悉JavaScript、XML、HTML、Web Service、等Web开发的相关技术；

· 参与至少一个完整生命周期的软件产品项目，了解UML，能使用包括Visio，Project等项目管理工具工具；

· 具有快速消费品行业工作经验者优先；

· 具有实际应用SQL Server的Reporting Services, Analysis Service, Integration Service经验者优先；

· 具有BI工具实施或支持经验将优先；

· 可以阅读英语和流利的普通话。

Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of solution delivery, from requirement gathering to production roll out;
2. Analyze existing processes and identify gaps with the processes/systems;
3. Facilitate the implementation of IT solution by analyzing business needs, defining project scope, rationalizing requirements, identifying best solution fit/gap, designing process and solutions, and supporting solution roll-out;
4. Document various artifacts such as project initiation document, workshop discovery document, cost benefit analysis, business requirements document, functional requirements document, and UAT test cases;
5. Lead change management efforts via training and communication;
6. Coordinate UAT prior to project schedule;
7. Support and coordinate with users during the transition phase;
8. Coordinate with business users on interactions with IS team to enhance process flow, functionality and consistency of approach;
9. Troubleshoot production issues associated with configuration and/or process;
10.Document and assist in the vetting and prioritization of enhancement requests;
11.Performs other projects as assigned by IS manager.


Requirements:
1. 3+ years experience in a FMCG commercial software development/IT environment;
2. 2+ years experience in a technical, client-facing roles;
3. Experience with software product development lifecycle methodologies and practices. Understand of UML, with the ability of using IT tools to express develop thinking and management priorities;
4. Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Web 2.0 models, API, Web Services;
5. Working knowledge of SQL, ability to run basic queries and perform data analysis;
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Project Management, Word and Excel;
7. Knowledge of internet, and associated web technologies;
8. Past experience in FMCG is preferred;
9. Experience with setting up SQL Reporting Services, and SQL Server tools is a plus;
10. BI tool implementation or supporting experience is a plus;
11. BS Degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent;
12. Fluency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
