职位描述：
岗位职责：
Design-to-cost compliance and metrics; lead development and control of program cost targets.
Design for manufacturing and assembly for new designs
Own the manufacturability readiness reviews for assigned programs
Provide inputs to product line business analysis processes
Drawing authority for manufacturability to ensure high production yield designs
Provide technical or project support for production sites/suppliers
Provide technical or project support for Value engineering projects
Owner of schedule adherence for product design and development phases.
Partnering with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and the supply base to determine the lowest cost designs
Hold regular meetings with cross functions and suppliers to review program status/issues: prepare agenda, provide translation, meeting minutes and ensure follow up of action plan.
Prepare gap analysis and closure plan on key open issues.
Contribute to local team technical experience and knowledge growth

任职要求：

Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
Manufacturing Process Engineering, or related work experience;
5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, in a process or manufacturing engineer; knowledge of Aerospace industry is a considerable advantage
Extensive experience of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, forging, and sheet metal forming.
Knowledge of special processes such as welding, surface treatment, heat treatment, and physical / non-destructive inspection practices
Solid understanding of manufacturing techniques and their impacts on costs
Ability to evaluate engineering designs for producibility, cost, and quality.
Team oriented performer with experience in supporting New Product Development (NPD) programs or value engineering projects
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizations and levels, including ability to work in a highly matrixed global environment
Strong project management experience; Self starter and effective planner to handle concurrent assignments and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details
Strong technical documentation expertise
Strong knowledge of PC Applications, including Excel, Access
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus

Must:
English requirements: workable
Background:机械 – 冷工艺(熟悉车铣刨磨钳等工艺)
Working Experience: 5Ys to 10Ys or above. Acting as a Manufacturing Engineer制造工程师
(experienced in Cost analysis成本分析，design for manufacturing制造设计, design review设计评审)
Thorough knowledge of blueprint interpretation蓝图说明, manufacturing processes制造工艺, welding焊接, casting铸造 and physical物理的 / non-destructive inspection 非破环性检查practices
Ability to review engineering designs工程设计 for Productivity and cost 生产力和成本
