职位描述：
1. Participate in monthly closing, responsible for sales interface between ERP and BI system.
2. Evaluate the credit risk for goods delivery.
3. Prepare monthly HQ & internal reports, analyze actual vs. budget/forecast/PY, i.e. export sales, NWC, P&L etc.
4. Analyze sales and gross margin by region, product segment, sales channel and brands.
5. Calculate royalties and design fee payment to headquarters.
6. Execute regular analysis to monitor G&A expenses; participate in cost saving projects.
7. Prepare quarterly cost center costs actual vs. budget for Sales & Admin areas. Provide timely analysis and constructive advices on the cost center expense.
8. Participate in yearly budgeting and rolling forecasting, responsible for budget of sales and margin, personnel cost and IC reconciliation etc; provide deviation vs BU/PY analysis.
9. Participate or lead controlling projects to optimize business/system workflow/procedures

专业知识
a. Accounting Qualification Permission
持有会计上岗资格证书
b. Solid knowledge in management accounting, financial reporting and budgeting
熟悉管理会计，财务报表和预算的编制
c. Understand international accounting principles
        了解国际会计准则
d. Excellent oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English
良好的中英文交流能力
e. PC literacy, including Word, Excel etc.
电脑运用熟练
f. ERP experience is a must
具有ERP操作经验
3. Working experience
工作经历
a. 3+ years related working experience in multinational company
3年以上跨国企业的相关经历
b. Manufacturing experience in a plus
有制造型企业工作经历为佳
