Job Description:
Reporting to Marketing Communication Manager, the Specialist supports to develop and executes Corporate and Product Literature in China. Based on solid customer and market trends understanding, providing initiative ideas for the integration of online and offline literature, be creative on transforming traditional literature to digital format.
As part of these responsibilities, this position will:
?Study customer needs on K&B product, understand their functional needs and emotional insight
?Monitor and compile competitors literature and communication materials tracking report, responsible for timely competitive analysis on literature
?Develop, and activate B2C communication materials, including all major tool books (New product book, Full line book, Price book, Services Parts book, Consumer brochure, etc.)
?Explore digital trends on decoration materials. Transform traditional literature to digital format. Enhance the interaction with users.
?Manage the entire creative development process from brief to local activation, lead to generate literature content structure and executions.
?Build effective working relationships with internal working groups
?Support the communications requirements of product literature
?Work with and supervise agencies and suppliers and assess their performance
?Performs other duties as assigned
Requirement:
?Above 2 years experience in marketing or advertising
?University degree in a liberal arts field, e.g. mass communications, journalism, English
?Strong writing and verbal skills in both Chinese and English skills are a must
?Hard working, ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
?Innovative, creative, problem-solver, reliable and honest
?Mature, and being able to deal with confidential information
