Position Description:
Call Center Advisory Engineer will lead a team and drive the IT solution design in SAP CRM Call Center application.
Responsibilities include:
-Team lead of Call Center group
-Technical lead in SAP CRM Call Center solution design and implementation.
-Worldwide deployment of the Call Center solution.
-Project management in the Call Center projects. Drive the Call Center solution and deployment together with the internal IT team, business team and external solution provider.
-Business blueprint, function specification documents, solution design and solution validation / testing, user training, data management and go-live support.
Position Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in SAP CRM, SD application, preferrably in SAP Call Interaction module and CTI integration.
- Profound business knowledge in Call Center and web processes. High-tech industry experience preferred.
- Master degree in computer science, engineering, business or similar major
- Excellent communication and analytics skills. Good team player.
- At least two full cycle Call Center implementations from blueprint to post-production support.
- Fluent in English.
- Oversea work/education experience preferred.
