Job Description
Responsibility
1.Be responsible to execute the “request of product development”.
2.Work with product manager to understand product requirement, define product, and make feasible product R&D plan for R&D team to execute.
3.Manage product R&D process to ensure it meet product development timeline
4.Manage the tech transfer process from product R&D team to operation team (be responsible for workflow, SOPs QC, production TAT etc)
5.Work with marketing team to package product for commercial promotion

Desired Skills and Experience
1.Master degree or above in molecular biology.
2.>2 years bench-work experience in molecular biology field.
3.Knowledge and experience in realtime-PCR, MicroArray, NGS or Mass Array is preferred
4.Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English, written and spoken.
5.Positive attitude; good learning skills.
