职位描述：
1、对于新的纱线供应商开展背景调查和评估，到厂验厂，给出验厂报告，评估使用风险。
2、纱线前期风险预控和生产跟进，对纱线出现的相关问题，跟进并及时沟通，解决生产中的问题，协助纱线采购跟进纱线交期。
3、大货纱线确认和存档：外发工厂大货纱线织片颜色和品质确认，如出现问题，跟进协调解决，并将所有织片整理存档。 确保生产正常进行。
4、大货纱线质检：大货纱线进仓检品，对不合格商品进行跟踪与协调，提出解决方案。对采购及大货生产提供技术支持和解决方案；对纱线的使用损耗进行确认。
5、纱线测试和成衣洗涤方式建议：纱线测试送检，执行标准更新及洗涤方式专业建议。
7、纱线供应商评估体系的建立，协助逐步形成公司纱线品质的基础数据和品质控制体系。
8、协调与寻购部的技术方面工作，共同提前预防大货风险。协调与寻购部的纱线技术交接，记录、跟进、解决寻购部开发中遇到的纱线问题，共同提前预防大货风险。

岗位要求：
1、大学大专及以上学历，服装类专业或纺织专业
2、非常了解纱线的特性、纺纱及后整工艺，对纱线生产的整个过程和品质隐患有深刻的认识，并对纱线问题给出专业的技术支持和解决方案。
3、5年及以上纱线质检相关经验
4、善于沟通，性格稳定良好，有长期与公司共同发展的意向。 举报 分享
