职位描述:
1. Achieve specific financial and business objectives with chain-store customers. This includes gross/net sales, AR, points of distribution and promotion.
2. Identify and prioritize business development opportunities and barriers.
3. Develop and implement actions to overcome barriers.
4. Set clear annual/quarterly and monthly customer objectives. Guide and monitor customers toward the achievement of their individual objectives.
5. Successfully negotiate annual contracts within guidelines/company policy.
6. Conduct business reviews and business planning sessions with customers to agree on opportunities and achieve mutual objectives.
7. Ensure the effective coverage and condition of retail chain-store outlets. Manage business development budget to achieve maximum results at the lowest cost.
8. Communicate with field execution team for the regional and national customers promotion, price strategies implementation, brand activation, customers plan, trade term cascading and professionalism transfer etc…
9. Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns of company in food service channel.
职位要求:
1. University graduates with bachelor and above degree
2. At least 8 years’ experience in food service sales channel, and at least 5 years in management position
3. Meat sales experience in Food Service channel will be an advantage
4. Routinely achieve specific business objectives by working effectively with customers.
5. Understand marketplace dynamics, competitive trends and customer needs to effectively develop and prioritize strategies, plans and actions.
6. Identify and prioritize customer business development opportunities.
7. Create realistic action plans to pursue and achieve these opportunities.
