职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Drawing up documents and contracts
? Processing invoices and accounts
? Maintain current and accurate customer files and information
? Handling and monitoring sales orders and process files in accordance with established Porsche and dealership policies
? Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures compiling them into management reports
? Communicate and report to Sales Manager and Sales Advisors about the order & delivery status
? Adjust and manage orders in case customers require to change the car equipment
? Provide Sales Advisors with the delivery dates of the vehicles
? Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche / Porsche China
? Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according to Porsche / Porsche China regulations
? Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China
? Act as a liaison between customer and PC departments to enhance customer satisfaction
Attributes
? College degree required; Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent working experience
? Proficient IT knowledge (MS office, Lotus Notes and Internet)
? Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
? Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects
? Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
? Cultural awareness and sensitivity towards customers
? Open minded attitude and respectful handling towards customers and prospects
? Excellent verbal and listening communication skills, English is a plus
? Honest and reliable personality
? Self-motivated and proactive
? Must have a keen eye to details
? Problem solving and analytical skills
? Excellent organizational skills
? Ability to work independently as well as in teams
? Ability to multitask and prioritise a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
? Willingness to learn and to adapt to change
