Overview: Global Business Analyst, based in Beijing

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer who is based in Beijing, the Global Business Analyst is responsible for new business analysis, market research, presentation preparation, technology and industry trend monitoring and review, competitive analysis and other projects.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
? Review and summarize industry reports and analyses and share with leadership team
? Collect and summarize product feedback and present to product and tech owners
? Identify business opportunities and solutions to problems identified
? Prepare reports and dashboards to present performance metrics against targets
? Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key business metrics, performance against targets, trends to senior management and how using this information will lead to increased productivity and profitability
? Conduct analyses and research on competitors and other industry players
? Enforce project deadlines and schedules

Education Required
? College degree from leading university
Experience/Skills Required
? 2+ year’s experience in business, technology, software (SaaS), mobile and/or education related technologies.
? Passionate about education. Experience in hospitality a plus.
? Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills – both written and oral
? Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
