Job Scope
This position reports directly to the General Counsel, International Transactions and Compliance and is responsible for tailoring, implementing, driving and managing the Integrity & Compliance program in Asia Pacific.

Job responsibilities
Conducting a detailed risk assessment for relevant countries in Asia Pacific and designing and implementing a tailored I&C program based on a risk based approach.
Responsible for driving a tailored training program in Asia Pacific and supporting the functional and business leaders with I&C matters (with a focus on anti-corruption policies and the Honeywell code of business conduct).
Raise awareness of I&C issues, metrics, and trends with HGR business leaders, Regional I&C councils and functional leaders.
Develop and implement a regional I&C communications strategy.
Work with SBG business leaders, integration and functional leaders on anti-corruption due diligence pre-acquisition and implementing tailored I&C M&A integration plans post acquisition.
Support the development of a Centre of Excellence for G&H and focus on strategic projects and processes that automate, standardize and streamline the Due Diligence process for third parties and the I&C program in the region.
Develop and deploy tools to monitor the effectiveness of the integrity and compliance program, capture effective metrics and drive improvements.
Leading and conducting investigations, evaluating integrity and compliance trends, developing I&C strategies and driving processes and controls to reduce risks.
The position requires strong leadership impact, focus on results and close collaboration with functional experts in areas relating to anti-corruption, audit and data privacy.

Qualifications
At least seven years of experience with a major law firm and/or corporation.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Law degree and appropriate certifications and admissions
Knowledge of fundamental principles of Program Management or Six Sigma is a plus

Proven leadership skills; ability to coach, develop and motivate at both an individual and team levelAbility to identify and implement process improvements
