职位描述：
Objectives & Measurement 目标和衡量标准
Including but not limited to 包括但不限于:
Independently take project cost management and control, Project performance review ,variance analysis, and push cost saving.
独立完成项目成本管理和控制，项目业绩评估，差异分析，推动成本节约
Lead and take TAC & Standard cost structure and analysis module established.
主导TAC&标准成本的设立以及分析模型的搭建
Independently deal with the daily accounting of costing & inventory
独立完成成本及库存的日常核算
Majoring for inventory management and manufacturing costing, contribution margin analysis, inventory movement and aging reports
库存管理和工厂成本分析，利润分析，库存流动及老化更替情况报告分析
Arrange inventory physical counts to ensure the validity and accuracy of assets
安排负责库存盘点，确保资产的有效性及正确性
Manage tangible/intangible assets and CAPEX
管理有形资产/无形资产和资本支出
Quotation review and supporting with Sales and PM.
评估并支持项目部和销售团队报价

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications 业务知识、教育背景和任职要求
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3- 6 years cost accounting experience. A CPA or similar professional accounting designation is a plus
Excellent written and oral English language skills
Strong cost analysis skills
Language Skills 语言能力:
Good Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
Personal Ability 个人能力：
Proactive，Independent.
Strong communication skill and conflict – handing capability.
Computer Skills 计算机能力:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
