职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Run, manage and lead manufacturing engineering team
- Develop, lead and motivate subordinates
- Development and performance reviews
- Maintain and develop management system
- Maintain and develop own and team machining technology knowledge by participating fares and making benchmark visits to other plants and companies
？ Run machining development and investment projects
- Select and run project in order to continuously reduce machining costs
- Develop and maintain manufacturing engineering resource management and project management tools
- Continuously search for potential to improve
- Ensure permanent change when implementing new methods
？ Work as replacement for machining factory manager
？ Develop manufacturing engineering systems and tools
- CAM and NC-programming
- Fixture and tool design programs
？ Expand machining parts scope based on plant target setting
- Transfer technology from Helsinki

Requirements
？ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
？ Minimum 5 years experience in leading machining manufacturing engineering team
？ Experience in production supervision on management
？ Good knowledge for LEAN is preferred
？ Analytical, capability to identify essential and build structures, systems and processes
？ Experience in implementing change projects and getting permanent change
？ Self- motivated and target oriented
？ Good written and spoken English, Fluent Chinese 举报 分享
